He was on Sportscenter tonight and Jay Harris(I think that his is name) interviewed him. He said he makes that shot about 1 in every 20 tries haha. I believe they said there were 16,000 people there, so that kid has some stones to try that when he only hits it five percent of the time. He also said it is his goal to pull that off during a game.

He's 9 and has been skating for six years I believe he said. So he's been skating since he was 2 or 3. That probably explains alot of it. Still, that takes some sick skills to pull off.

I loved the reaction of the goalie, he was like What the fvck was that?????? You can see it in the overhead shot at the end.

They also said on Sportscenter that the goal would have been disallowed since it was shot above shoulder level.

As soon as I saw the shot,I knew it was illegal (being one of the few hockey fans on here),but I just had to give the kid an A+ for the effort.

LOL I knew I wasn't the only one who saw that. That was better than the shot itself. I would've loved to see what his facial expression was behind that mask.
